Reporting to the COO/Regional Operations Manager and will be also supporting a team of 5 people located in Australia and South East Asia
Perform administrative tasks according to established processes and procedures including diary management, travel coordination, expense management and PO management.
Assist with coordination and management of agendas for visiting executives
Tracking and coordination of business operations schedule of events
Assist, track and report on business operations governance, audits, compliance and processes including risk, business continuity, internal and external policy compliance, organisation structure
On time preparation of information packs, reports, minutes and actions
On time submission of evidence to support control status
Facilitate coordination of events, end of year or quarterly events, etc.
Maintain up to date filing and reference systems
Use high level discretion when dealing with confidential or sensitive issues
5-10 years relevant experience either as EA or Business Support Manager or combination preferably gained from mnc's
Excellent attention to details
Strong communicator and has the ability to handle sensitive information (internally and externally) and maintain confidentiality
Ability to work with all levels of people has personal flexibility
