About the role
This is an integral role and will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager and be a trusted advisor to the four Area Managers. You will strategically lead a Team of five Event Coordinators and strategically influence the key promotional Events in line with Defence capability requirements.
Your key objective will be the ongoing execution of the Regional Events plan for campaigns and activities designed to increase the Candidate pool with the right candidates at the right time to achieve Enlistment and Appointment Targets.
You will also support the business to achieve the desired outcomes by understanding the National Marketing strategy and leveraging this across the Region.
