High Tech Medical is a distributor of premium medical lasers and devices and a cosmeceutical skincare line. We offer customised and integrated solutions to medical and skincare professional throughout Australia.

High Tech Medical proudly distributes for some of the worlds best device companies including Deka, HydraFacial, Emcyte and AdipSculpt and the cosmeceutical skincare brand iSClinical.

We are looking for a dynamic, driven passionate and experienced Business Development Manager for iSClinical and HydraFacial to join our team based in Melbourne on a full-time basis with travel to WA required.  You will report to the Managing Director and General Manager, and work with a team of dedicated and passionate staff.

The successful candidate will have exceptional business development skills, along with a proven ability to attract and grow new business.  We are looking for a team member who wants to play an integral role in the growth and development of the company. The successful candidate will have experience with sales and customer service, and flexibility to travel and work outside of standard business hours when needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating sales opportunities and securing new business
  • Building new and strengthening existing customer relationships
  • Helping existing businesses by providing continual brand support
  • Maintaining and growing existing territory
  • Providing support & service clients at a very high standard
  • Representing the company at trade shows, conferences and seminars
  • Cold calling and promoting out product ranges
  • Proven planning & account management
  • CRM inputting and weekly reporting
  • Associated administrative tasks

Selection Criteria:

  • Sales experience advantageous
  • Relationship building experience
  • Dermal/Beauty therapy qualification desirable
  • Experience with a cosmeceutical brand
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Desire and motivation to consistently overachieve and drive growth
  • Ability to work autonomously essential
  • Australian drivers licence and reliable vehicle
