Conveyor Pulleys Australia is looking for an Administration Officer.
This Role represents a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join our team in a challenging role assisting the Branch Manager.
8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
6 MONTH CONTRACT With potential for Full Time employment.
$28 / hr + Super (negotiable depending on relevant experience)
Skills and Experience:
Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced PC skills (Microsoft office, excel, word and outlook)
Administration experience is essential
Good time management and the ability to work with minimal supervision
MYOB experience will be very advantageous
Supporting the Branch and Customer Service managers with administrative duties
Liaising with customers directly via phone and email
Assisting in maintenance of stock and material records
Filing and systems administration
Must have a valid Victorian drivers licence
