Due to unprecedented growth, a position has become available to join the team as a State Sales Manager.
In this Sydney based role you, as State Sales Manager, will report directly to the APAC Sales Director. Your duties will include:
Building a team of like-minded Sales Hunters
Managing and running your high performing sales team
Identifying and creating new business opportunities in your territory
Meet and exceed agreed sales targets
Monthly reporting to your senior manager
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Managing the CRM reporting system
Implementing and executing sales strategies, based on customer needs
Candidate & Remuneration
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, autonomous and very much consider themselves a hunter. They will have an eye for identifying and converting new business opportunities and ideally will have proven experience within the commercial solar space.
In addition to this you will be a natural leader, and have experience recruiting and onboarding new team members. Excellent time management skills will be required for this role and last but not least, you will have a burning desire to build and run a high performing team of sales guns, make it your own!!!
In return, you will be paid a highly competitive base salary and superannuation. You will also receive a car allowance and tools of trade including laptop and mobile phone. All travel requirements will be fully funded in advance by our client. You will be paid a lucrative commission structure which is equitable and achievable.
