About the role Based in our Kewdale WA office this role reports to the Parts Manager and plays a key role in providing a high level of service and satisfaction to our customers. You will work closely with our clients and Service team to build relationships and provide solutions to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities include:
Building lasting & meaningful relationships with our customers.
Providing efficient & reliable support to our customers.
Providing advice relating to parts suitability, availability and pricing.
Liaising with and providing support to the Parts warehouse & Kewdale workshop.
Liaising with Scania's nationwide branches and Dealer network in relation to parts supply
About you As the front counter Parts Advisor, you will be trustworthy and self-motivated. Prior experience in automotive, warehouse management or sales environment would be advantageous; however, your experience and passion in customer service and ability to provide customer focused solutions will ensure your success in the role. You will also demonstrate strong administration and computer skills.
