Contract Payroll Administrator

6 week contract role with the view to extend, Achieve true, work-life balance, Exposure to multi branded business.

We currently have a 6 week contract role with the view to extend position vacant in our Payroll  Department to join as our Group Payroll Administrator who ideally can start week commencing 2nd December. The role is located in our Support Office at Summer Hill (NSW), walking distance to all public transport. The Group Payroll Administrator will assist with our Time and Attendance base roster project and create new base rosters on our time and attendance system.

Your role and responsibilities will consist but are not limited to:

  • Allocated positions to the base roster. 
  • Build the Team Members Part Time Work Agreement in the Time and Attendance System. 
  • Allocate the Team Member to the new base roster. 
  • Allocated Part Time Work Agreement to the Team Member in the new base roster. 

Key competencies to succeed in the role include:

  • Exposure to TimeTEQ required.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in Payroll related role.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Current and maintain working rights in Australia.
