Norris Motor Group is one of Queensland Largest privately owned and operated Motor Dealer Group's and has been in operation for the last 30 years. We are now looking for a Service Advisor to join our Metro Hyundai, KIA, Renault & MG service department at our Windsor Dealership. This is a busy dealership with excellent earning opportunities and multi-franchise experience.
- 5 Day Working Week (Early finish Friday)

To succeed in this position, you will need to have at least 1 year experience in a Service Advisor or Service Reception position, with strong time management skills and an unwavering commitment to customer service and best practice business procedures.
Responsibilities will include:
Correctly book service and repair work
Follow company policies, processes and systems
Provide excellent customer communication
Achieve dealership CSI requirements
Quickly and effectively address customer concerns
Provide clear communication to the workshop
Process paperwork in a correct and timely manner
Ensure correct manufacturer warranty requirements are met
Excellent time management.
Experience with Hyundai, KIA, Renault or the MG product would be an advantage but not essential.
Need to have the unrestricted right to work in Australia
