Urban/Graphic Designer

Due to strong foundations and a rapid growth rate, we have an exciting opportunity for an Urban/Graphic Designer looking to accelerate their career! We are based in the inner suburb of Prahran close to public transport.

Your new role 

Working in close collaboration with the Director of Design, you will be a key member of our small in-house design team. You will play an important role in the delivery of the end to end urban design and delivery service, which includes coordinating all urban design documentation for Wolfdene.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparing design plans and documentation including illustrative master plans, plans of subdivision utilising AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite software;
• Preparing 3D sketch design models utilising SketchUp software;
• Desktop publishing key documents which includes due diligence reports, development plan reports, master plan and neighbourhood character reports, estate design guidelines etc;
• Undertaking tasks required to achieve town planning approvals with key direction from the Director of Design; and
• Actively contributing to the development of Wolfdenes culture, and acting as an ambassador for our brand. 

 What you'll need to succeed 

• Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role;
• A tertiary qualification in landscape architecture, urban design or graphic design is looked upon favourably;
• Strong urban design skills to ensure tasks meet appropriate technical, statutory and client requirements;
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving and project documentation skills are essential: and
• Prior experience with CAD software, SketchUp and the Adobe Creative Suite;
