This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of Australia's best live entertainment clients, in a fantastic global agency as paid social advertising strategist.

As Social Advertising Manager, you will work with a range of the agency's biggest clients, ensuring social strategy is developed in line with client messaging goals, and ideas are brought to life through various social media channels. You will be working on integrated social campaigns, focusing on the strategy, content generation, community management and analytics. Other than your love for social, you will have a passion for data, analysis & optimisation of content across all social tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter etc. It is absolutely essential that you have paid social media and Facebook Business Manager experience!  

About You

You are a real go-getter; have a creative, yet strategic mind; have a passion for analytics and data; but most importantly have a love for all thing's social media! You're a real team player you love collaborating on projects brainstorming creatives ideas and are happy to help your team mates out when they're under pressure.  You love keeping across all of the latest industry news and are confident and comfortable in educating team members and clients about the things that are important to them. You're more than happy presenting ideas, reports or analysis to clients and you're able to confidently answer questions under pressure. You're not satisfied with the status quo you strive to make things better, more efficient, more creative and more engaging. You're not shy about recommending change to practice, policy or procedure if it will make the agency better at what it does.

What you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Facebook best practice and a deep understanding of the Facebook Algorithm
  • Experience managing budgets and pulling key data to determine ROAS and future KPIs.
  • A creative mind, with a flair for content creation - extra points for graphic design and photography/videography skills
  • A deep understanding of paid social strategy, social planning, content optimisation & engagement tracking 
  • Strong experience in social media buying, reporting & analysis 
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook audience development, customising and optimising. 
  • Knowledge of Facebook Pixel building and implementing.

  • Salary range $60,000 - $65,000
