This is a call-out to experienced Bookkeepers seeking a flexible workplace setting where they can take ownership of their role ..and run with it.

The role of Bookkeeper is pivotal within our organisation and comes with a high level of responsibility. You will be supported to review and create new systems and financial processes that contribute to improving our service delivery.
You'll have experience in payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable and preparation of quarterly BAS.
Your duties will include, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, budgeting, banking, electronic and hard copy filing, and end of month processes. Ideally, you will have experience (or be willing to learn quickly) in dealing with the NDIA as regards Plan Management, invoicing and service bookings.
To be successful in this role you will have at least:
- 3 years' experience as a Bookkeeper,
- Certificate IV Bookkeeping or equivalent,
- Strong command of Reckon,
- Master of Excel, and
- Fluent in Microsoft Word and Outlook email.
The role would suit a mature-aged candidate, working parent or carer as it comes with flexibility of hours of work (28-38 p/w) and the option of mixed work from home/office. We offer a Ballina CBD location and quality coffee/tea on tap.
