CBD Location, Flexibility and life work balance, Work Within Major Retail Power houses.This newly created role will focus on bringing Paid Search expertise in house to develop effective strategies to drive customer engagement with our brands. My client are looking for a team member to lead the internal paid social team with a strategic, analytical and technical mind set to continue developing the capabilities across these platforms.
Lead roadmap discussions to ensure our market leadership in this space
Oversee development of all campaigns
Develop reporting templates for activity with a clear measurement framework
Collaborate with social and programmatic trading leads to deliver a cohesive digital marketing strategy
Stay abreast of industry trends and proactively lead discussions in Group forums
Develop and build out a continuous test and learn framework to drive improvement conversion rate optimisation and find opportunities for success.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Essential: Experience with and exposure to SA360 and Google Analytics (GA360)
Ability to communicate strategy simply across a diverse stakeholder group
A resilient and dedicated mindset to champion and grow paid search within the Group.
Solutions orientated, utilising a balanced strategic, commercial and technical skill set.
Effective time management skills with ability to prioritise & meet multiple deadlines
Tertiary qualified within a relevant business/technology discipline highly regarded
*Exposure working within the retail industry will be advantageous
