Key Duties and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for all social media content and engagement across multiple channels.
Further duties include:
The evaluation and re-designing of social media campaigns
Developing a range of content, appropriate for a variety of platforms
Excellent understanding of social media trends, latest digital tools, platforms and tech to leverage branding opportunities
Provide strategic advice and evaluate strategic direction for the social media channels
Reporting, monitoring and measuring engagement across social media channels to make future informed decisions
Managing and optimising ads campaigns to ensure they are meeting your campaign objectives
Produce, edit and create video content as well as graphic and asset design
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing and in an end-to-end campaign management including communications planning, briefing, campaign execution and reporting with proven success
A sound understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management
A proven history of conversion rates to advertising and content
A proven history of achieving and/or exceeding forecasted KPIs
High attention to detail with the ability to meet critical deadlines
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively relate to, and liaise with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously as well as be a key team player
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills including the ability to create accurate, well-written and engaging content for specific diverse audiences
Social media and/or digital content creation experience
In-depth knowledge of all social media platforms
