We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced team coordinator to provide high level administrative and workflow management support to our marketing team.
The successful candidate will be a strong team coordinator with advanced administrative capabilities, who is proactive and thrives on supporting a busy team. They will possess great communication skills, strong attention to detail and problem solving skills, with the ability to actively collaborate as well as work autonomously to get a job done. They will be highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. Above all, their ability to anticipate the needs of their team, build relationships and deliver results in a changing environment will allow them to shine.
What we are looking for:
Strong proven administration and coordination support experience;
Demonstrated experience in proactively managing a high volume workload, with competing priorities, whilst working independently with little or no supervision;
Good communication and relationship building skills with a high level of integrity and professionalism;
Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products, with experience in design software applications such as, Adobe Creative Suite CC: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; Acrobat being advantageous; and
An interest in marketing or some previous experience will be highly regarded.
