About the role
Financial Operations manages the University's financial reporting, compliance functions and delivery of corporate financial services. The Financial Accountant supports the Manager in delivering the University’s corporate services, including financial accounting and tax compliance. The incumbent will also be responsible for providing advice and support to internal and external customers, and monitoring internal controls and compliance.
Remuneration package of up to $98,847 per annum, inclusive of base salary $82,219-$90,271 per annum and employer contribution to superannuation. Pro-rata for a part-time appointment.
We are seeking applications from experienced accountants to join a team of financial specialists. You will have experience in corporate finance functions in a large organisation and demonstrate an understanding of Australian Accounting Standards and statutory compliance obligations.
