YOUR Role: As a BDM you will work in a small team with a family atmosphere. Reporting to the Director, this is a results driven role. As a "Hunter" by nature, you will be self managed and driven to exceed your goals. Gold Coast based, you will be actively sourcing and maintaining business with a strong focus of building a footprint within the Civil industry. A Monday-Friday role with occasional weekend work when needed.
Corporate sales and account management skills ideally within the Civil Infrastructure industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a hunger for converting all leads and opportunities.
Civil Infrastructure industry experience is preferred.
Ability to break down barriers and building rapport.
Professional communication style and approach to your work.
Experience in cold calling and building a client base.
Highly organised, exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
Must have own vehicle.
