Megacolour is a growing printing company located at Camperdown in the Inner West of Sydney.

We are seeking a responsible person to join our team to ensure that our customers receive a high level of responsive response in all aspects of contact to support our commitment to quality and service.

The successful applicant will coordinate and arrange delivery of finished products using our own vehicles and external couriers and freight contractors and also provide administrative support to our sales staff and assist in office duties which will include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls and greeting clients
  • Ensuring customer enquiries are answered promptly and that commitments are met
  • Preparation of delivery documentation and package labels
  • Consigning and tracking progress of freight and courier deliveries
  • Assisting with general office duties as required.

A friendly and confident telephone manner is required and must be supported by good verbal and written communication skills. As part of our team, communicating with our staff at all levels and supporting their functions is very important.

The work requires self organising skills and the ability to allocate priorities between administrative and production needs. Previous experience in a customer service or production environment would be highly regarded.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday and requires a basic level of skills in MS Word and Excel.

A competitive salary will be offered related to skills and experience.
