Our Gold Coast based family company which began in 2006, is now looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our small, progressive team in the role of marketing and administration assistant.
Our business has two core interrelated components:
Our e-commerce store, where we offer a boutique range of whole food snacks, skin care, personal care and natural remedy products that we ship to households around Australia and internationally
Promoting and facilitating live self care' & self education seminars throughout Australia
Based in our new, soon-to-be-completed offices in Burleigh Heads, the role being offered includes a range of online and general marketing and administrative support tasks, relevant to the day-to-day running of our business. These tasks include:
Managing our weekly email marketing schedule
Loading email campaigns, blog content, product promotions etc and monitoring performance
Activating special product offers and discounts in our web store relevant to email promotions
Basic graphic design relevant to email and social media campaigns
Basic video editing
Database and Email list management and optimisation
Website, Product Page and Social Media page updates
Loading events into our event platform and Facebook pages
Managing Apps that we use for travel and prospect communication e.g. Trip IT, Many Chat etc
Pre Event and Post Event guest digital communication e.g. email and SMS
Identifying topical content ideas for new blog creation by our copywriter
Building new event landing pages on our word press event website
Execution of new marketing ideas and initiatives
Managing special projects with our remote marketing consultancy as required
Assistance with basic event planning e.g. booking venues, flights, transport, accommodation etc
General office support
You will have the following skills:
Quality written communication and sound copywriting skills
Basic graphic design e.g. experience with Canva and Photoshop
Experience working with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform
Experience working with Klaviyo or a similar e-mail platform
Ability to drive the key aspects of Facebook business pages
Experience with running Facebook and Google Ads
Experience with Word Press websites and Lead Pages
Experience with online CRMs
Experience with managing shared google docs, spreadsheets etc.
Must be online savvy
Must be a 'doer' with great time management

Starting salary $45,000 - $55,000 depending on suitability of the applicant, plus super and incentives.
