We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join the team in our Head Office located in Maroubra
This role is a full-time position with great exposure to a variety of tasks. We are on the hunt for a determined, enthusiastic and hardworking person to step into this role with an attractive salary package.
You will be the first point of contact with customers and suppliers, therefore, your communication skills are vital.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Banking and mail
Customer enquiries and service.
All General administrative duties Stationary orders, mail out etc.
Managing and maintaining customer relationships/ expectations.
We need a self-motivated and passionate Administrative Assistant who will be able to think on their feet and work autonomously as well as part of a small team.
The successful applicant must have:
A minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
A current Australian driver's license.
High attention to detail
Well-developed organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
Administration and Data Entry experience
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.
Ability to learn new tasks quickly with the aptitude to learn the product range.
Exposure to Xero Accounting (or similar), although training will be provided
