Service NSW are currently seeking applications for a part-time temporary Customer Service Representative to work at our Bathurst Service Centre. The position is available until 30.06.2020.
The role: You could be the right person to be our Customer Service Representative, if you are passionate about delivering positive face to face customer service experiences and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for processing customer transactions and enquiries using a variety of computer systems as well as resolving customer complaints. You will also be comfortable working to KPIs achieving individual and team goals.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Manage complex customer enquiries and transactions
Resolve and record customer complaints and escalate any unresolved issues
Interpret complex data using available computer systems
Comply with privacy requirements and legislative obligations
Hours of Work: Bathurst Service Centre operating hours are: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm. This part-time role requires you to work 20 hours per week, with flexibility required to work on a rotating roster across the operating hours of the centre over 5 working days.
Salary: Service NSW Grade 3/4 includes a base salary range of $61,554- $75,064, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. Pro-rata for part-time hours.
