Super Safe Hire is a leading provider of construction and event amenities, including scaffold, fencing, power poles and portable toilets based in Bayswater Victoria. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Customer Service person to join our small committed team. Initially you will take total control of power usage charges for our power poles. This is a casual position working 12 hours per week with a view to increased hours assisting our Inbound Customer Service team.
What you will be doing:
Investigate supplier invoices from our power companies for correct readings and charges.
Co-ordinate supply companies from on-site readings where estimated accounts have been received.
On charging these bills to our customers.
Advise customers of "Interruption to Electricity Supply" for their sites.
Data Entry of supplier bills into Reckon for payment.
Processing customers invoices for any damages that may have occurred to company stock whilst on hire.
Assist with reception duties where required.
Assist with Customer Service duties where required.
What you need to succeed:
Strong computer skills with experience using different systems including Reckon.
Be solutions focused.
An ability to multi task with an attention to detail.
Call centre and high volume data entry experience.
Have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Patience when dealing with power supply companies.
