Administration Officer - Weekends - Alice Springs

Your Opportunity

Brand new position created to support the front office of Stuart Lodge and ensure clients are cared for in this 24x7 facility. Working on reception you will use your customer service and basic admin skills working only Saturday and Sunday afternoon and into the evening. There may also be the opportunity for additional hours covering leave and other staffing requirements.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Work on Reception greeting visitors to the lodge
  • Answering phones and redirecting calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Other basic admin tasks

Requirements for Success

  • Some basic administrative experience
  • Some level of computer literacy
  • Customer service focused

As part of our Employment screening process you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check. In addition, there is a requirement to possess a current Ochre Card Working with Children check NT or apply if you do not already hold on.
