About the Position
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a reliable administration officer to join our friendly and professional team at our Bega site. The role of the Administration Officer is to provide high level customer service. In this role you will often be the first point of contact for clients on the phone and at in person at the office. You will also be responsible for the overall day to day functioning of the office across the headspace, clinical services and Aboriginal health teams which includes general administration and business systems support. Additionally, you will also ensure that appropriate support is provided to key projects, events and other activities as required.
About the Person
To apply you will need to have administration experience and be prepared to work within a broader service team providing GPHs services. The successful candidate will have sound organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate initiative and provide professional and friendly reception to consumers of our health and mental health services. Familiarity with MS Office and the ability to maintain client records management systems is essential.

This position is part time, 22.5- 30 hours per week, on Monday, Thursday and Friday and will be available to 30 June 2021 with possibility of extension.
