Opportunity: The Albany Visitor Centre is looking for experienced and customer focused individuals to take up customer service officer positions.
Reporting to the Albany Visitor Centre Coordinator, this role will see you responsible for, but not limited to:
providing an outstanding customer service experience for visitors to Albany;
provide an information, tour and accommodation booking service; and
undertaking relevant administrative duties and basic marketing associated with providing a booking and information service to visitors and perform daily open/close procedures for the AVC.
Possession of well-developed communication, public relations, organisation and computer skills are essential for this role. You will also need to have a strong customer service focus and commitment with detailed knowledge of Albany and its attractions.
