About the Role:

As a result of continued growth across the business, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to make their mark in our Business Advisory division.

Working closely with a team of collaborative and driven individuals, you will provide a high level of service, and have immediate exposure to a wide range of local and international clients, working across a number of different client accounting packages.

Responsibilities:

This role will see you performing a range of bookkeeping practices, including:

  • Accounts Payable / Receivable
  • Preparing monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and other accounts as directed
  • Prepare bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
  • Business activity statement preparation and reporting
  • Payroll preparation
  • General office and administration duties including filing and record management
  • Monthly reporting
  • Respond to internal / external client enquiries in a timely manner

Successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:

  • At least 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in MYOB, Xero and other accounting packages.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously, and as part of the team
  • Focus on delivering a high level of client service
