Service NSW are currently seeking applications for the position of Concierge to work at our Castle Hill Service Centre.
About the role: In the position of a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact in the service centre for transactions and information. You will be required to assess customers needs and direct them to the appropriate channels in a timely and efficient manner. You will have a demonstrated capability to drive a customer-oriented culture while learning new products and working in a team balancing competing priorities within a high volume environment. Hours of Work: Castle Hill Service Centre operating hours are: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm and Saturday 8.30am-3.00pm. This is an ongoing full-time role that requires you to work 35 hours per week across a 5-day week.
Salary: Service NSW Grade 5/6 includes a base salary range of $77,643- $88,731, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
