Through continued growth, we are seeking applications for an experienced Sales Administration & Customer Service resource. Ideal applicants should have natural initiative, great attention to detail and be a confident multitasker. 


About the role

Working closely with the Head of Business Development and supporting a growing sales team, the role responsibilities and requirements include:

  • A professional, positive, hands-on approach
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Quote preparation including CRM database management
  • Accurate job setup/registration in operations platform
  • Client relationship management by reviewing and resolving queries
  • Ensure timely follow-up on set tasks and accurate recording of actions in CRM database
  • Manage annual contract renewal/price review process for clients
  • Assisting the Head of Business Development with ad hoc tasks to meet operational needs
  • Taking and production of meeting minutes
  • Work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritise tasks
  • Desire to build on your great customer service and administration skills
  • Strong attention to detail including identifying gaps in data and information
  • Effective observation and reporting skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Your attention to detail allows you to observe fine details, identify gaps in information, look for logical sequences of information and highlight practical considerations of plans and activities. You will plan and track progress on all work tasks, taking an organised and methodical approach to your work, addressing and prioritising tasks first and focusing on the most important goals. 

Skills and experience

We are seeking services of an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong work ethic and great organisational skills. Demonstrated experience in a similar role is desired.
