Maintenance/Line Setter Role

Immediate Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Maintenance/Line Setter person to join out fast paced and ever growing manufacturing operation. The successful applicant will possess good all round mechanical skills, with the ability to set conveyor lines and complete maintenance work on general light machinery. Our business revolves around frequent line changes, in order to adapt these lines to new jobs..often on a daily basis. Ideally this role will cover parts of both a day and afternoon shift, with hours of 10:00 am to 6:30 pm or similar.

All work performed is to be carried out according to HACCP and Workplace Health & Safety Standards at all times.

The role will include, but will not be limited to:

• Preventive maintenance on lines
• Production Line Set-up
• Attend to equipment break-downs.
• General factory upkeep. 
• Safety audits on lines

To be successful, you must possess the following:

• Mechanical aptitude familiar with light machinery
• A background in mechanical work
• Strong work ethic.
• Self starter and self motivated
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Forklift license
