Customer Retention Officer/Receptionist

Rex Gorell Family Group is seeking a responsible, motivated and professional candidate to fill a part time position within the group as a Customer Retention Officer/Receptionist.

Working as a member of our Customer Retention team, the position's primary function involves making customer satisfaction follow up calls to visitors to our busy service departments, as part of our on going customer retention activities. The successful applicant will also provide cover to reception position.

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Operation of a busy switchboard directing calls to multiple departments
  • Processing vehicle registrations and transfers for delivered vehicles via the VicRoads Dealer Online system
  • Data entry
  • Cash handling
  • Other general administrative tasks including the use of Microsoft Office programs

Previous experience in a reception/customer service based role is preferred.
