Experienced Receptionist


We have an opportunity for an Experienced Receptionist/Adminsistrator to join  our Real Estate Agency in Oxenford.  As the face of our company the ideal candidate will be immaculately presented, mature minded, have a positive outlook and an attitude of ownership toward the role.  

This is a part time position, working 4 days a week.  The ideal position for someone located in the Northern Gold Coast.  Immediate start is available.

Our office is looking for someone who has great attention to detail, great communication skills and is self motivated. You will require the following attributes to be successful in this position:

  • Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic

As our first port of call you will need to perform these tasks:

  • Handling of all incoming telephone calls
  • Ensure cleanliness and presentation of reception and office as a whole
  • Face to face greeting guests and clients to the office 
  • Processing of outgoing mail
  • Effective document storage and management
  • Accurate data entry
  • Assist Sales Team as required
  • General office tasks as required
