Technical Support & Customer Service

An excellent opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist with experience in IT support to join our small Team.

We are a third-generation, family owned company, and we pride ourselves on our integrity, commitment and service. We create innovative sign solutions for Australian schools and businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones & provide support to customers
  • Troubleshoot - provide technical support for our Electronic Signs users and solving various issues with other signs
  • Respond to Help Requests via email & online chat
  • Submit Service Requests - schedule a repair crew to fix problems on-site
  • Provide training to new as well as existing customers on how to use our Software
  • Provide clients with ETA on their projects by interacting with other operations team members
  • Provide Quotes for Spare Parts & Standard Items
  • Support Sales, Production and Administration Team (duties not limited to follow ups, contacting clients over phone and email, updating database, processing new orders)
  • Maintain Database & Log Calls
  • Providing cross-functional support to all areas of the business where required.

 

Required Experience and skills:

  • Previous experience providing over the phone technical support
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience with formal call logging software
  • High Level demonstration of interpersonal & communication skills, with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise work & schedule tasks
  • Data entry skills & knowledge of CRM & Xero
  • Patience, honesty and taking responsibility
  • Willingness to learn.
