Senior Administrator

About the Firm 

This is boutique accounting firm located in South Yarra with approximately 20 staff. They are long-established and have a loyal client base made up of small to medium sized businesses. The culture is friendly and team orientated. A busy practice, yet promotes work-life balance. 

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Set up of Company & Trusts
  • ABN, TFN, PAYG & GST registrations
  • Audit Insurance claims
  • Registered ASIC agent
  • Make and lodge changes to company structures (shareholdings, directors, appointees) 
  • Download and invoice annual company statements, then send to clients
  • Assist 5 partners with ad-hoc queries when required including diary management
  • General office administration (20% of the role)

The successful candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience with an accounting firm is essential 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised and be able to work to deadlines 
  • High level of client service
