Mosaic are currently looking for a Financial Claims coordinator to join our team.

The Financial Claims Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service while ensuring an efficient and effective experience for the client.

Now that you know a little bit about Mosaic here is a bit about the role

 The Financial Claims Coordinator will report to the General Manager of Client Partnerships and Operations and will be a strong Mosaic advocate while dealing with clients, families and Stakeholders. The financial Claims Coordinator is responsible for the Financial Claims Officer.

We need somebody who;

• Has a strong attention to detail and ability to provide clarity around the detail;
• Has strong financial and data analysis knowledge;
• Is able to provide clear and concise feedback and reporting to Service Delivery and within the team;
• Has the capabilities to manage or assist in the delivery of various projects across the organisation
• Currently holds a Working with Vulnerable People registration, or the ability to obtain.

And most of all somebody who is a team player within the 'One Mosaic' team.

The Financial Claims Coordinator will need to;

• Demonstrate experience providing financial administration support;
• Have the ability to review and improve systems and processes;
• Display professionalism with the ability to represent Mosaic in the best way, at all times;
• Demonstrate high level of computer and systems skills, particularly in relation to the Microsoft Office suite and other software applications
