Paid Social Media Coordinator

Digital Eagles is an omni-channel digital marketing agency in Australia that stays ahead of the curve, with track record results across SEO, SEM, Social and more - and we are on the hunt for a Superstar Paid Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our growing social team. Youll also have the opportunity to work out of our co-working space in the heart of the city, or head office in Narre Warren.

If you are a Social Media Specialist with a couple of years agency or in-house experience including working with a multitude of clients, then this could be the role you have been dreaming about... THE SOCIAL TEAM 2.0

With our company going from strength to strength, weve refreshed our new Social Team, and you will be working with the new Head of Social and the Social Media Strategist who have a tonne of experience, allowing you opportunity for upskilling and growth they also happen to be the two biggest jokers going around. 

What youll do:

You will be managing a range of projects from setup to completion, including full-funnel campaigns and social media marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on paid social; hence you will need to know your stuff. Day to day tasks include: 

  • Work with the Head of Social and Social Media Manager to manage and maintain the Social Media division, ensuring all systems and processes within this channel are as efficient as possible.

  • Ensuring all Social Media advertising practices are up-to-date and that we remain at the forefront of new trends and practices within this space.

  • If needed, communication with clients, ensuring complete transparency with this channel and results, as well as future plans and strategy.

  • Work collaboratively with the entire team on strategies to support new business opportunities and upsells.

Paid Social:

  • Ensure all Facebook Account access is set-up correctly and that all pixels / tracking tools for Paid Social Advertising are set up correctly this includes creating/installing pixels, creating product feeds and connecting to catalogues.

  • Ensure all Paid Social campaigns are implemented and optimised correctly and that campaign results are achieving the appropriate ROI for each client.

  • Ensure clients' monthly ad spend budgets are split in a strategic way for maximal ROAS.

  • Ensure all client briefs are respected and understood.

  • Ensure reporting is done as meticulously as possible and provides recommendations for future strategies.

  • Ensure content is in line with brand personalities and is engaging to target audiences.

  • Provide content recommendations and insight for future strategies.

  • Provide recommendations to Account Service on campaign suggestions and amendments up-managing the Accounts team to get the best results for clients.

Organic Social:

  • Collaborating with each client to create a strategy and direction for content and social feeds. This will include providing creative direction in line with each unique brand.

  • Ensuring all organic feeds are scheduled and remain in-line with client strategy.

  • Campaign direction and planning

  • Campaign Performance Reporting

What youll need:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Paid Social.

  • Possess a strong understanding of paid social media advertising platforms and know-how to define, segment and target people online with an ability to deliver reporting

  • Ability to deliver paid media campaigns across social channels, with a heavy focus on Facebook and Instagram

  • End to end campaign management including communications planning, briefing, campaign execution and reporting

  • Experience in analytics and insights to help maximise campaign performance

  • The day-to-day management of clients advertising campaigns including Facebook and Instagram

  • Establishing productive & collaborative relationships with our team to ensure projects run smoothly

  • Working collaboratively across Sales, Marketing and Customer Support teams to lead the successful on-boarding of new accounts; understanding key client business drivers and ensuring extraordinary customer success and retention

  • Effectively address inquiries, feedback and complaints raised by customers

  • High attention to detail and experience in analytics and reporting to ensure that all campaigns are driving brand awareness an overall increase in sales

  • Ensure campaigns are customer-focused, engaging and impressive

  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop or relevant design software

  • Facebook Blueprint Certification not essential but highly regarded
