Staff Coordinator

Meet Australia's most established promotional staffing, events and sampling agency. Created in 2002, Eventurous set the standard for result driven brand activation's across Australia. 

We are looking for an individual with exceptional people skills, to become our new Staffing Coordinator.

Specifically, we are seeking a staffing coordinator with the following responsibilities;

• Recruitment of our casual Brand Ambassador staff across all metro and major regional areas
• Communicating with and assigning staff to various campaign schedules
• Managing staff including attendance at training, assistance and issue resolution, compliance to our standards and recognizing and rewarding excellent performance

This is a dynamic and demanding role which requires the following capabilities;

• Strong attention to detail
• High levels of energy and positivity
• Self starter with ability to think ahead and develop clear priorities to ensure projects are executed well, on time
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently with focus and purpose
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage the constant change that is the nature of the work
• Ability to communicate requirements and parameters clearly and succinctly to the Brand Ambassador team.  

Previous industry experience with rostering or administration would be desirable but not essential.
