The Client Intake Officer is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service to all clients, families, stakeholders and colleagues.

Now that you know a little bit about Mosaic here is a bit about the role

 The Client Intake Officer will report to the Client Intake Coordinator and will be a strong Mosaic advocate while dealing with clients, families and Stakeholders.  The Client Intake Officer needs to be willing to go the extra mile to ensure the clients needs are met.

We need somebody who;

  • Is able to deliver exceptional customer service to clients, families, stakeholders and colleagues;
  • Is able to Provide a seamless and timely client journey throughout the Intake process;
  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of Mosaic;
  • Is able to represent Mosaic at sector specific events and actively market Mosaics services with a One Mosaic focus;
  • Has an understanding of NDIS and the Price Guide;

And most of all somebody who is a team player within the One Mosaic team.

 

 

The Client Intake Officer will need to;

  • Demonstrate the ability to listen and communicate effectively;
  • Display professionalism with the ability to represent Mosaic in the best way, at all times;
  • Demonstrate strong administration skills with a continuous improvement and organisation improvement focus
  • Be able to work in a discrete, mindful way, showing discretion at all times and always above office politics;
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management skills, with the ability to set objectives, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and to be flexible, adaptable and responsive to change;
  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes;
