Senior Accounts Administration Role has become available in our office in Hornsby in NSW.

Senior Accounts and Administration Officer 

We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to take on the role of Senior Accounts Administrator in our company. The role will be a permanent, full time position for the right candidate. Based in Hornsby you will be working as part of a small team alongside our warehouse in a very fast paced and energetic environment supplying frozen goods locally and internationally.
Duties will include
General reception and office duties

Answering all incoming phone calls and emails

Accounts payable and receivable

Job Costing

Reconciliation

Customer service and retention

Stock management and forecasting

Maintaining compliance records for HACCP and ACO certifications

This is not an entry level position, applicants must have recent local experience which demonstrates
meticulous attention to detail

experience with MYOB and other accounting software must. And POS software preferable 

experience with daily reconciliations

ability to work independently and with a team

- ability to implement new standards, practices in do to day business operations leading to efficency, proficiency of overall business operations and time+cost saving.

ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

experience in managing the accounts payable/accounts receivable functions of a small to medium sized business

experience with Microsoft Excel

ability to assess, make decisions and execute them coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

demonstrated ability to liaise with all levels of staff and provide efficient and effective customer service to a range of clients

written communication skills to the extent necessary to collect, analyse, review information and format reports and correspondence.

The perks are negotiable for right applicant with right skills and experience starting from $58K plus Super.
