Were currently on the search for a Digital Coordinator to join our ANZ team on a permanent full time basis, in our conveniently located Cremorne Office. Working closely with our Digital Strategy Manager, this role will assist in the coordination of all Digital activity across the business with a focus on Website Content and Apps. This is an entry level role that will suit someone with a broad, but strong knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem including how audiences interact across channels such as Social, CRM, Website, and Apps. While the role will have its core day-to-day functions - the right person for this role will be innovative, with a knowledge of new media and willingness to tackle business challenges and offer solutions. What you'll be doing:

  • Owning and executing activity across LNANZ website/s through our back-end CMS
  • Authoring and managing content for new website pages, along with maintaining and updating existing pages while keeping SEO in mind
  • Weekly & Monthly reporting on site traffic, audience data, and insights
  • Ability to collect, structure and analyse data to identify areas of opportunity and utilise optimisation tactics
  • Develop informative and effective search engine optimised copy for our social channels 
  • Work closely with Commercial and Product teams to improve site layout and ad delivery
  • Craft and deploy web projects (apps, landing pages, ticket sales funnels) 
  • Working with broader Live Nation business teams such as Ticketing & Operations to source ticketing links to implement across our site
  • Working with the Digital Strategy Manager on special projects when required
  • Digitally innovating and contributing new ideas as applied to the nuances of the role

Who and What are we looking for

  • You could be a Uni graduate from a Marketing / Comms Background OR  someone from a Media Agency / Creative Agency / Digital Publisher / Client Side Marketing background
  • Knowledge of Social Media platforms, including backend tools and systems
  • Familiar with or experienced in using backend CMS
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and measurement tools
  • Someone who is proactive and innovative, with an ability to analyse challenges and develop solutions
  • Eagerness to get your hands dirty, and be involved in all aspects of digital activity from day-to-day admin, to major digital projects
  • A passion for digital platforms and how they pertain to the Entertainment industry and our business goals
  • Willingness to learn and take guidance, but also challenge the status quo when required
  • A team player who loves interacting and collaborating with people
  • Nice to haves, but not required:
    • Google Certifications
    • Experience in Facebook Business Manager
