The Advancement Office proactively supports the university’s strategic goals by fostering relationships with major stakeholders to build passion, engagement and commitment to the university. Our role is to attract transformational philanthropic support and inspire alumni to engage in the global Swinburne community as volunteers, ambassadors and supporters.

Your story
The Advancement Office now seeks a Gift and Data Processing Officer to be responsible for processing donations to the university as well as alumni data. You will be working in a busy tightknit team who service the varying needs of the Alumni and Development teams that make up the Advancement Office.

You can demonstrate a proven track record in processing complex entries to the Advancement fundraising database and are able to extract accurate reports, create data queries as needed. You understand the importance of timely and accurate data entry as you will play a crucial role in key internal data imports and processing event registrations. You will also help cover team tasks in busy periods throughout the year.

Further, your client orientated service skills naturally come to the fore when cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with the university’s internal stakeholders and you bring a holistic, positive and collaborative attitude to teamwork.
