Electrical Supervisor

• Electrical

About the role(s):

The roles are hands on positions, reporting directly to the relevant Department Manager. 

The main objective of the role is to supervise the day to day operations of department personnel in the effective completion of tasks and projects as allocated to ensure targets are met

The role involves collaborating with other department supervisors to achieve efficient workflow. 

As the ideal applicant, you should have;

• The ability to co-ordinate and lead a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Display a motivated and self driven nature
• Liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Relevant trade qualification
• Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
• Knowledge of process improvement techniques
• Previous experience in Marine (Boat Building) would be advantageous
