About the role
The Administration Officer role is a front line customer service officer greeting patients on arrival to non-admitted patient services. The Administration Service Officer is also responsible for taking appointments/referrals, preparing clinical files, entering data for the non-admitted patient services and enter Medicare arrangements for payment.
