Technical Sales Representatives (VET & ELICOS)

Bayside International College is an accredited RTO for both ELICOS and VET educational courses. We are currently seeking for a full-time sales representative who is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish, to sell our courses to our business customers accounts.


Your relationships and industry experience will be crucial to your success in the role. You will expand and grow partnerships with strategically important partners to drive growth and sales. You will be assigned to work mainly with European and South American partner accounts. You will achieve a sales quota and strategic objectives. You will represent the entire range of our educational products and services, driving our partner accounts, sales cycles and ensuring needs and expectations are met


Main Responsibilities

  • Research business directories and other sources to identify prospective business clients
  • Obtain information and knowledge about competitors and clients to understand their commercial needs
  • Regularly contact prospective business and attend their premises to promote and sell our courses
  • Develop and maintain relationships to drive sales strategies with key accounts such as education agents, partner colleges, businesses and Government
  • Drive sales performance and provide timely sales information and support
  • Negotiate pricing with prospects and clients and record orders when contracts are completed
  • Monitor and report on sales activity and delivery sales targets in line or above budgeted expectations
  • Actively track industry operators and competitor performance
  • Maximise revenue through careful strategic pricing recommendations across all markets, taking into consideration competitor pricing, budgeted pricing and incentive options
  • Report to sales management on sales made and the marketability of goods and services
  • Provide post-sale support and customer service to resolve any issues that clients may have
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the companys businesses and programs and promote these when opportunity arises



  • Bachelor Degree in Business/Sales/Communications at least two years of sales experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to properly communicate in Italian, Spanish and English
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Strategic thinking and planning
  • Confidence, resilience and perseverance
  • Must be able to travel international and interstate.


FULL TIME position

salary ranges from approximately 60k - 75k + Super.
