This is a maximum-term one-year contract position and reports to a dynamic Marketing Communications Manager whos responsible for executing our national marketing and communications strategy. Your role will include:
Monitor and execute social media interaction on all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, blogging, etc. In addition to developing new networking platforms).
This includes creating and adapting content that is relevant for these platforms and responding to customer enquiries and comments, ensuring it is consistent with Paintbacks style.
Coordinate website and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system ensuring it is current and maintained to the highest standard of data integrity.
Coordinate website content and any digital assets ensuring they are up to date with relevant information, ensuring that it appears aesthetically fresh and in Paintbacks style.
Support our stakeholder engagement by researching and generating content ideas and preparing written communication (newsletters, eDMs, social media, etc.)
Coordinate and monitor analytics for marketing campaigns and activities.
Liaise with external advertising agencies and suppliers.
Other ad hoc duties including but not limited to, preparation of promotional materials for events, attendance at interstate exhibitions and trade shows.

Were looking for a passionate and determined marketer, with the ability to assess and initiate tasks independently, as well as work within a team environment.
You may have recently graduated or have demonstrated experience in marketing and/or social media platforms. Relevant tertiary qualifications would be favourable, or equivalent experience.
