Develop & implement communication strategy, Manage all web, social media, newsletter and print content, Utilise youre design and production skills.

Duties include: preparing daily summaries of issues in the media, writing newsletters, producing artwork, videos and other materials for social media, media releases and monitoring, development and responding to social media and managing parliamentary websites.
Applicants should possess the following skills and experience:
An understanding of Australia's system of government and parliamentary processes
Ability to quickly assess issues arising in the media
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Social media and website development and administration
A competitive salary will be paid, depending on skills and experience. This position is offered under the Members of Parliament (Staff) Act 1984 and conditions are outlined in the Commonwealth Members of Parliament Staff Enterprise Agreement 2012-2015.
A probationary period of 3 months will apply
