Contracts Administrator

Based in Mascot NSW, Stallion Air Conditioning is a highly reputable company in the HVAC & Refrigeration industry. We are now looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our dedicated team on commercial projects.

Key Aspects of the Position:

  • Providing input on contract negotiations before execution
  • Working with Project Managers to identify contract scope to subsequently recognise variations within projects
  • Diluting contract terms and requirements for Project Managers
  • Identifying any possible concerns in the project timeline and bring those to the attention of the Project Manager
  • Dealing with suppliers and subcontractors with regard to the contract in question
  • Field questions related to the contract from internal and external stakeholders
  • Control all correspondence and paperwork related to the contracted project
  • Work with projects technicians, safety staff, project managers and admin staff to ensure all aspects of the contract are being met
  • Raise any timeline concerns or issues throughout the contract term
  • Liaise with the General Manager, Director and Accountant in respect of the contract
  • Manage all aspects of variations with both our subcontractors and our client
  • Prepare and submit any reports as required by contracts

Salary Range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • University degree preferably in a related field (Building, Construction or HVAC)
  • MS Office
  • Minimum of three years of experience in construction industry
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Exposure to design and construct projects
