Business Development Representative - Progress into BDM
Have autonomy to work at home, Huge scope to progress quickly within the business, $70K base + Super + Uncapped Comms.
I am working with an Australian owned IT re-seller who have a focus on storage, migration to the cloud and security. Vendors who they have partnered with are CISCO, Microsoft, Pure Storage, Netscope and Cohesity. They are looking for a BDR/SDR with experience to join their team as a BDR and progress them into a BDM role within 6-12 months. It is a young culture and you will be mentored and trained by a young and high performance sales team.
HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE
Identify new business opportunities by generating leads
Use a consultative approach to contact decision makers and understand their pain points - C-level IT decision makers
Research and document relevant contact information for existing leads/keeping contact information updated
Contribute and shape a culture in Australia of high performance
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Someone who wants to progress into a Business Development Manager role quickly
You will have 1+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative
Experience in the IT industry is preferred
You will have a competitive nature and want to work in a performance driven environment
Be a self-starter but also work effectively in team environment
