The Marketing Acquisition Lead role is instrumental in the development, execution and optimisation of driving membership growth. You will be part of a dynamic, collaborate team lead by a motivational General Manager of Marketing Communications who embraces challenging old ideas and stimulating innovation.

Develop and end-to-end management of integrated acquisition focused campaigns. This applies to both brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
Evaluate customer research, customer data, market conditions and competitor data to develop customer acquisition campaigns.
Partner with and effectively manage creative, direct marketing platform supporting agents, advertising and media specialists, print production and mail houses, where required to increase marketing results.
Optimise all customer touch points, join the dots, collaborate with the Contact Centre to ensure the back-end campaign requirements are in place.
Embed SEO best practice alongside UX, CX
Generate and analyse website traffic to increase adoption and conversion
Develop, manage and evaluate digital tools (mobile app, calculators etc)
Track and report metrics and identify insights to maximise future campaigns
You Will Bring:
Solid experience of developing, implementing and optimising integrated acquisition lead marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to analyse data, assess competitive environments and to interpret market research, translating into viable campaign plans.
Experience of creating briefs and campaign schedules to ensure all marketing activity is developed in line with the overarching brand guidelines.
Extensive experience in developing integrated advertising and email marketing campaigns.
Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices.
Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO and associated platforms.
