T&H is a nationally respected metal fabrication company located in Meadowbrook, with 30 years of experience in designing, manufacturing and installing bespoke products for clients throughout Australia. T&H specialise in Water Jet-Cutting & Design, Stainless Steel Kitchens & Bars, as well as Commercial Food Service Equipment Installations, and various other custom services.
We are seeking an experienced receptionist or administrative assistant to join our team and report to our office members to undertake day to day responsibilities. This role will be commencing early January in 2020 (Ideally the 14th January - to be negotiated).
What you would be doing:
General administrative duties;
Data entry into MYOB;
Administrative support to our office staff;
Answering customer and supplier enquiries; and
To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills:
Proficient in MYOB (purchase orders & invoicing);
Skilled in Windows & Microsoft Office suite;
Have a positive, productive & energetic attitude toward your job, team and company you work with;
Excellent communication and team working skills;
Demonstrate an ability to successfully work both alone and as an active team player;
Customer service skills;
Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn new skills;
Fluent in English (speaking, reading & writing); and
Current QLD Driver's License & access to a vehicle.
We are seeking a new team member with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This will be a full time role, and will generally be within the core business hours.
