About the Role
You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive business enterprise that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to be employed alongside other trade-skilled team members, to maintain a wide variety of sites for our commercial clients. Able to travel and stay throughout regional NSW for periods of time.
Electrical Test and Tag Licence
Competent in using various testing and tagging equipment (i.e.Metrel and Wavecom)
Competent in testing office and household appliances
Competent in completing 3 phase testing and RCDs
Competent in testing emergency and exit lighting
Problem solving and technical skills to address maintenance, contract and scheduling issues.
A high level of physical fitness to meet the manual handling requirements of the position.
Sound verbal and written communication. Sound negotiation skills, able to resolve conflict and assess when to escalate issues.
Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
Valid current drivers license.
Working with Children Check.
White card, and understanding of WHS requirements
Formal team leadership training and/or equivalent knowledge and experience with demonstrated ability to supervise and support staff.
