Customer Service Representative(Mandarin Speaking) - No experience required

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. On the daily basis you will be reactively dealing with customers queries, and proactively look for solutions to resolve the customers problems (rest assured, no Sales calls).

 

What are your key day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality and the best-in-class service to our clients across email, web chat and social media channels (telecommunication/telephone calls is/are not required for this role)
  • Consistently take strong initiatives to resolve customers queries with full dedication and determination by identifying problems and solutions in a timely manner
  • Skilfully probe for and understand customers needs, identify business opportunities and ways to improve customers experience; Go above and beyond customer service
  • Proactively liaise with various departments to assist in resolving customers queries
  • Proactively learn about the financial markets, CFD industry and Mitrades platforms
  • Be a team player and collaborate with the CS Team to manage shifts, resources, volume, and customer feedback.

 

What youll need:

  • Strong eagerness to learn about financial markets including forex, global share indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (Malaysian also preferred but not required)
  • Enthusiasm about customer service and problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong sense of integrity
  • Willingness to commit to a long-term career growth and professional developments
  • Open-minded and cooperative personality
